Trina Solar's Solar Modules Offer Lower Carbon Emissions

A standout in the lineup is the Vertex series, which incorporates advanced module technology to reduce the carbon footprint of installations by 20%. In fact, these modules are so effective that they’ve received the Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) Certificate and Carbon Footprint Certificate from TÜV Rheinland for their low carbon footprint compared to similar modules in the market.

We’re also the first solar company to receive LCA certification for 210mm modules, and one of the first to initiate Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) and carbon footprint certification for n-type modules.

This commitment resulted in our Vertex Super Factory in Yiwu earning a Zero Carbon Factory Certificate with an impressive score of 79.68 out of 80, making it the first factory in the PV industry to receive this certification.
