It’s #LightsOnCarbonZero at SNEC 2021, where Trina Solar exhibited the latest solar PV module, tracker, storage products and solutions, plus held discussions about the industry and our role in driving forward a sustainable future.

SNEC 2021 is one of the industry’s largest international PV trade shows. As a world-leading PV and smart energy total solution provider, it was an opportunity to showcase innovation and our contribution to the evolving solar ecosystem and our aspirations and practical steps towards a #carbonzero future.

Trina Solar also revealed several new initiatives and product updates, including:

  • The reveal of HJT module up to 710W+ and i-TOPCon module up to 700W+, both based on 210mm wafers

  • The release of the 2.0 version of the 210mm Vertex Module Product Whitepaper, offering an in-depth look at how the upgraded modules can deliver greater customer value

  • A series of on-site presentations that outlined the key value and future potential of our modules, trackers, storage and other PV solutions

  • New collaborations with industry testing and certification institutions, TÜV Rheinland and CGC to continually advance our ultra-high power product portfolios

  • New partnership with SPIC to step up the development of rooftop PV projects and large-scale power stations.

On day 2 of SNEC, Head of Europe, Gonzalo de la Viña, discussed the opportunities and challenges for solar over the next 5+ years. The expert panel explored ways LCOE is being lowered in the industry and how to achieve targets for solar installations.
